- Within 15 days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages/hotel booking/transportation: 50% retention of the tour cost.
- Within 7 days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages/hotel booking/transportation: 100% retention of the tour cost.
- Child Policy:
- Children aged 0 to 5 years without a bed are complimentary.
- Children above 5 to 12 years are chargeable as per the extra bed policy.
Important Notes for Tour
- Arrival Time:
- Be at the airport 2 hours before your flight takes off. They need time to check everyone for safety.
- You can't bring your big bags onto the plane for safety. Only small things like jewelry and laptops are okay.
- Hotel Availability:

- Special Places:
- In Pahalgam, vehicles other than local taxis are not permitted to visit Aru, Chandanwari, or Beetab Valley.
