Indigo OK TO BOARD Update

If you're planning a trip to Dubai, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or Kuwait with indigo airlines, there's a simple step you need to take. Before your journey, your visa will be verified. Once that's done by Airline authorities will ensure you have the 'Ok to Board' message in your PNR. It's all part of making your travel hassle-free.

Starting from February 1st, 2018, the 'OK To Board' message is no longer necessary for the following groups of travelers heading to UAE (Dubai and Sharjah) and Doha

1. Customers with valid Resident Permits or passports stamped with Resident Visas.

2. Customers eligible for 'Visa On Arrival,' regardless of their nationality.

3. Customers traveling with a print-out of a Business or Tourist e-Visa."

4. Customers holding a ECNR(Immigration Check not Required) passport.

An 'Ok To Board' message is required for the following cases:

1. Customers with ECR (Immigration Check Required) passports.

2. Customers traveling with a print-out of a Labor & Work e-visa.

3. Please be aware that 'Ok To Board' remains mandatory for all customers traveling to Muscat.

Update Your IndiGo 'Ok To Board' in 2 Simple Steps

1. Apply with your eVisa copy, passport front and last page copy, and a copy of your return air ticket(if your Employment eVisa then no need for return ticket you have to re-upload onward ticket in return ticket option.

Indigo ok to board no means ?

"Ok to Board (No)" in IndiGo means that passengers who has an eVisa and an ECR (immigration check reqired) passport holder and travelling to a gulf country then need to go through the verification process to have the airline's clearance before they can board their flight to specific destinations.
